The door lock of the old kitchen is broken and needs to be replaced

The wall is showing considerable wear and tear. A new paint job is needed

Rotting wood needs to be repaired at roofline

The drywall in sister’s office is damaged due to water leak from above. The drywall needs repair (4′ x 8′) and repainting.
