Capital Campaign
Increasing the number of girls at Nazareth Orphanage is the focus of our current initiative and fundraising efforts.
In 2017, realizing the ever-present danger of human trafficking of at-risk young girls, OFNO initiated a fundraising campaign Girls Everywhere Matter (GEM). With your generosity, we have successfully raised $250,000 and built a new dormitory designed to accommodate up to 50 young orphaned girls for the first time at the Nazareth Orphanage. These facilities will provide the girls with the same safety and life-sustaining necessities as the orphaned boys.
Our next efforts of Phase 1 (dormitory and dining facility) are underway—the “Feed the Future” cafeteria, with its $125,000 goal reached and construction set to begin. To complete this dining hall, we are inviting 60 sponsors to furnish the cafeteria fully.
Other phases of construction will include:
Phase 2: Chapel to accommodate 150 people for prayer and worship
Phase 3: Community center that can provide classroom space and an indoor play area
