James Ferraro

Communications & Fundraising

James is focused on developing communications, marketing and fundraising to help OFNO grow and succeed. He has run creative, digital agency, marketing, internet production, and editorial groups at startup, publicly traded, and global companies in New York, Silicon Valley, and San Diego County. James has served as an executive, company officer, marketing lead, editor and interactive producer for B2B, B2G, and B2C companies. They include roles at Agrellus, Prologis, Technical Communities, TestMart, Scient, Icon Media Lab, The Food Connector and his own interactiove production company. His communications foundation includes senior editorial roles at Hearst Magazines/Town & Country, Avenue Magazine, Ranch & Coast Magazine and staff news reporter for Gannett Newspapers.

James holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History from Rutgers University. He also graduated from Don Bosco Preparatory. In addition to the Outreach for Nazareth Board, he has served on the Young Donors Board at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and Lobby Gallery Associates Board at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. James now lives with his family in coastal San Diego County, California. His interests include competitive tennis and sailing, fly fishing, classic/sports cars, and volunteer work with his church.
